KYANITE COACHING

You deserve more than just surviving.

Practical, human support when life, work or your own head feels like too much.

You don't need to fit a label or know what kind of support you need. Come as you are. We'll work that out together.

What's brought you here?

You don't need to know the answer, the diagnosis or even exactly what's wrong. Start with what feels closest to what you're dealing with right now.

None of those quite fit? That's completely fine. Talk to Anna →

Why can this become so hard?

When you're carrying too much, the problem is rarely just one thing.

Pressure, depleted energy, competing demands, executive load, difficult circumstances or simply too many unfinished things can start to affect how clearly you think, organise, decide and act.

That's why Kyanite doesn't begin by putting you into a box. We look at what's happening, what may be driving it, and what would make the biggest difference first.

We start with what would make the biggest practical difference first.

Different starting points. The same aim. What might need attention?

Kyanite support isn't about fitting you into a programme or a label. We work out what's getting in the way, what needs attention first, and what will make the biggest practical difference.

Depending on what you need, that may mean drawing on:

Stability Clarity Organisation Momentum Accountability Capacity

You may need one of these. You may need several. And what you need may change as things begin to shift. You don't have to work that out before you arrive.

Different things may need attention at different times. You may need one of these, several of them, and what matters most may change as things begin to shift.

01

Stability

Find your footing.

Create enough steadiness to think again — reducing immediate pressure, protecting your energy and making what comes next feel more manageable.

When everything feels too much, pushing harder isn't always the answer.

Stability is about making things steady enough to work from. We look at what is creating the most immediate pressure, what can be reduced or simplified, and where a little more support or predictability could make things easier.

That might mean dealing with what genuinely needs attention first, slowing something down, reducing competing demands, protecting limited energy, creating more reliable routines or simply making enough breathing room to think clearly again.

You don't have to fix everything. First, we make things steady enough to work out what comes next.

02

Clarity

Make sense of the noise.

Untangle thoughts, feelings and competing demands so you can see what matters, understand what you need and decide what comes next.

When everything is tangled together, it can be hard to know where to start.

Clarity is about creating enough space to see what is actually going on. We look at what is taking up the most headspace, separate what is genuinely important from what is simply loud, and begin to make sense of competing thoughts, feelings, demands or decisions.

That might mean understanding why something feels stuck, working out what you really need, identifying priorities, getting clearer about a decision, or simply putting words around something that has been difficult to make sense of.

You don't need to have all the answers. Sometimes you just need enough clarity to see what matters now — and what can wait.

Organisation

Make things easier to manage.

Create simple, practical ways to manage tasks, information, routines and responsibilities — so you're not trying to keep everything in your head.

When there’s too much to remember, keep track of or stay on top of, even ordinary things can start to feel harder than they should.

Organisation is about reducing that load and putting practical structure around the things you need to manage.

That can mean:

  1. Get things out of your head. Capture tasks, information, reminders and decisions somewhere reliable instead of relying on memory alone.
  2. Put some structure around things. Create simple routines, systems or ways of working that make sense for your life rather than adding another layer of complexity.
  3. Make it easier to keep track. Find straightforward ways to see what needs doing, what has already been dealt with and what can wait.
  4. Know what’s where — and what’s next. Give important information, paperwork, tasks and responsibilities a clear place, so you spend less time searching, remembering and starting again.

The aim isn’t perfect organisation. It’s making everyday life easier to manage and reducing how much you have to carry in your head.

04

Momentum

Make it easier to start.

Work out what's getting in the way, reduce the friction and turn “I need to do this” into a next step you can actually begin.

Knowing what you need to do isn't always the same as being able to start it.

Momentum is about getting unstuck without simply telling yourself to try harder. We look at what is making the start difficult — including what doing the thing might set in motion — and find a way forward that feels manageable.

That can mean:

  1. Work out what’s really getting in the way. Is it too big, too vague, too many choices, low energy or not knowing where to begin? Or is something about doing it making you hesitate — getting it wrong, being judged, having to deal with a response, making a decision you can’t take back, or feeling it has to be perfect?
  2. Separate the task from what might come next. Sometimes sending the email, making the call or submitting the work isn't the whole problem — it's anticipating what might happen afterwards. We can separate those stages and work out how you'll deal with each one rather than carrying all of it before you've even started.
  3. Make the start smaller. Find the first useful step rather than carrying the weight of the whole thing at once.
  4. Reduce the friction. Remove unnecessary decisions, steps or obstacles that make something harder to begin than it needs to be.
  5. Create a way in. Use whatever helps you engage — a clear starting point, some structure, another person alongside you, a deadline, a different environment or a different approach.
  6. Build from the movement you've created. Once something has started, use that progress rather than immediately raising the bar.

Momentum isn't about doing more. It's about understanding what's stopping you and making it easier to begin what matters.

05

Accountability

Keep it going.

Use regular check-ins, realistic commitments and honest review to help you turn plans into action — with support, not pressure, when things change or don't go to plan.

Starting something is one thing. Keeping hold of it when life gets busy, motivation drops or the plan stops working is another.

Accountability is about having somewhere to come back to. We agree what you want to do, make it realistic and clear, then check back in and look honestly at what happened.

Not to judge what you didn’t do — but to understand what helped, what got in the way and what needs to change.

That can mean:

  1. Be clear about what you’re committing to. Turn a vague intention into something specific and realistic enough to actually turn into action.
  2. Make the next step visible. Know what you’re doing, when you’re doing it and what “done” actually looks like.
  3. Check back in. Having someone else know what you intended to do can make it easier to keep hold of it when other things compete for your attention.
  4. Look at what happened — without judgement. If it didn’t happen, we don’t start with failure. We look at what got in the way and what that tells us.
  5. Adjust rather than abandon. Plans sometimes need changing. We can make the step smaller, change the approach, reset the timing or decide that something genuinely no longer matters.
  6. Notice what is working. Progress counts. Recognising what you’ve already moved forward helps us build on something real rather than constantly focusing on what's left.

Accountability isn’t about being told off for what didn’t happen. It’s about having somewhere to come back to, reset and keep going.

06

Capacity

Make room for what matters.

Look at where your time, energy and headspace are going, protect what you have and create more room for the things that matter most.

When you're already carrying too much, the answer isn't always finding a way to fit more in.

Capacity is about being realistic about the time, energy, attention and headspace you actually have — and looking at what is using it.

That can mean:

  1. See where your capacity is going. Look at what is taking your time, attention and energy — including the things quietly consuming more than you realise.
  2. Protect what is limited. Not everything can have equal access to your time and energy. We look at what genuinely needs you and where boundaries or changes might help.
  3. Carry less where you can. What can be stopped, postponed, simplified, shared, delegated or done differently?
  4. Make some breathing room. Create enough space that every unexpected demand doesn't immediately tip everything else over.
  5. Work with the capacity you actually have. Build plans and expectations around real life, real energy and real circumstances — not around what you think you should be able to manage.
  6. Make it sustainable. The aim isn't to create a temporary burst of productivity. It's to find a way of living and working that you can keep doing without constantly running at your limit.

Capacity isn't about squeezing more out of yourself. It's about making enough room to carry what matters without having to carry everything.

What support actually looks like

There's no single way this works, because there's no single thing people arrive with.

You might need a regular space to think things through, practical tools you can use straight away, help getting something organised or unstuck, or someone checking in to help you keep things moving. Sometimes it's one focused piece of work. Sometimes it's ongoing support that changes as things change.

We work out what would actually help, and shape the support around that — rather than fitting you into a fixed package or programme.

We work out what would actually help and shape the support around that — rather than fitting you into a fixed package or programme.

Regular sessions that give you space to think, be heard and work through what's actually going on, at your pace.

Systems, worksheets, templates and ways of working designed around what will actually be useful to you.

Regular, honest contact to help you turn plans into action and keep things moving — without nagging or judgement.

Sometimes talking about what needs doing isn't enough. We can work alongside you to sort, structure, organise or build something that makes life easier.

Sometimes there's one specific thing that needs untangling, rather than an open-ended commitment.

For when the picture is bigger than one fix and what you need is likely to change as things begin to shift.

These are examples of how support may be shaped, not six products or packages.

What happens next?

What this can look like over time

Change here is usually practical rather than dramatic.

Things that felt overwhelming can start to feel more manageable. Decisions can become clearer. There may be more structure to lean on, more room to breathe and a better sense of what actually matters and what to do next.

For some people, that means finally moving something forward that has been stuck. For others, it's following through more consistently, carrying less pressure day to day, or building ways of working that feel more sustainable.

What changes first will be different for everyone. The aim isn't to fix everything at once — it's to make things more workable, one useful change at a time.
